Join us for a three-day teen cooking camp!
This cooking camp is designed for teens between the ages of 13-18 (exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, please shoot us an email).
This summer camp is designed for the young cooking enthusiast who is excited to prepare delicious food and learn wonderful recipes from one of Canada’s best chefs!
The camp will be run from July 2-4, 2025, from 10 am-2 pm at 124 Rainbow Road, Salt Spring Island (SIMS Kitchen Classroom).

Here’s what your kids will be learning:
Day 1, Comfort Food Classics
-Homemade smash burger and all the fixings
-The ultimate four-cheese mac and cheese
-Berry crumble with chantilly cream
Day 2, Handmade Italian Pastas:
-Homemade ricotta gnocchi with tomato sauce and basil
-Handmade orichiette with sausage and broccolini
Day 3, Simple Chinese Delights
-Savoury Scallion pancakes with soy-vinegar dipping sauce
-Smashed cucumber salad
- Cold sesame and peanut noodles with chilli oil and cucumber
-Authentic mapo tofu (Spicy Sichuan-style tofu)
