He has worked in and led award-winning kitchens in Paris, Copenhagen, Singapore, Toronto, and Vancouver.
He was a finalist in Season 11 of Top Chef Canada and led his team at Favorites Thai BBQ to win Toronto Life's Best New Restaurant in Toronto.
He currently lives on beautiful Salt Spring Island, BC, where he runs cooking workshops, caters private events, creates online content, and writes cookbooks.
