Join us for a delicious introduction to the world of hand-pulled noodles.
In this class, you will learn how to Biang Biang noodles, a hand-pulled noodle from China’s Xi’an region.
These beginner-friendly noodles are the perfect entry point for making your own ones at home.
Full workshop menu (vegan option available upon request):
