In this class you will learn three delicious Thai salad recipes encompassing different techniques and flavours from different parts of Thailand. This is your one-stop shop for introducing yourself to the delicious wonders of Thai salads.
In this workshop you will learn the following three salads (pescatarian options available upon request):
Laarp Muu—Isaan-style salad of minced pork, toasted rice, herbs, and lemongrass
Yum Sam-O—Sweet and savoury salad of pomelo with
Yum Kai Dao—Fried egg salad with Chinese celery, peanuts, and tomatoes
