Join us for another DELICIOUS cooking workshop on Salt Spring Island with chef Haan Palcu-Chang.

In this workshop, you will learn how to make two Chinese classics from the Sichuan province: Mapo tofu and spicy Sichuan wontons.

This workshop is for food lovers who want to learn authentic Chinese cuisine and love bold, spicy flavours.

For those who are not extremely into spice, we can adjust the spice level to your palate. However, if you cannot tolerate any spice… this workshop will not be for you!
