Payment policy

All catering services or private workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your event date and services. If additional guests are added to the event after the original payment has been made, a new invoice will be sent for these guests, and must be paid before the event date.


Cancellation & refund policy

We understand that life happens. Sometimes, you just can’t make an event. Still, please keep in mind that we are booked 4-5 months in advance for our private events. We need to protect ourselves from unforeseen loss of business and factor in opportunity cost.

Please read our cancellation and refund terms here:

-Cancellation more than one month before the event, 75% refund of the total paid amount.

-Cancellation more than 14 days before the event, 50% refund of total paid amount.

-Cancellation less than 14 days before the event, 0% refund.

-Cancellation for any reason by our team, 100% refund.
