In this full day workshop, students will be exposed to the wonderful world of Thai cooking!
Join Chef Haan, Top Chef Canada Finalist and winner of Best New Restaurant in Toronto for Favorites Thai BBQ, as he guides you through a delectable day of Thai recipes.
In this class you will learn how to make the following dishes:
-Laarp Moo (Vibrant and herby ground pork salad with toasted rice)
-Tom Kaa Gai (Hot and sour coconut soup with mushrooms and chicken)
-Gaeng Penang (Penang curry of beef)
-Pat Kee Mao (Stir fry Thai drunken noodles, with Thai basil)
