Cook, love, and laugh with Top Chef Canada Finalist Haan Palcu-Chang, while he teaches you how to make a wonderful romantic menu from scratch.
In this workshop, we will be making:
-Buckwheat blini with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and dill (prepared by chef)
-Steak au poivre with potato gallete, sweet carrots, herbs
-mille-feuille with fruit
