Then this three-day cooking bootcamp is perfect for ya!

This course is designed to challenge you and increase your knowledge of cooking fundamentals, so you can wow your friends, family, and… yourself.

Your teacher will be none other than Top Chef Canada Finalist Haan Palcu-Chang!

In these classes, you will learn the following skills:

-Proper knife handling and maintenance
- Amazing from-scratch breakfasts: Homemade English muffins, egg cookery, hollandaise sauce from scratch, homemade breakfast sausage
-Pastas and sauces: Homemade pasta doughs, proper meat ragouts, pestos and more
- Main course delights: Meat and fish cookery (searing, poaching, etc), Michelin-star side dishes and pan sauces
