Join us for a full-day baking workshop where we teach you how to make some delicious Romanian desserts!
You will often find a wide array of amazing baked goods around the Romanian table during the holidays, and we are teaching you how to make some of our favourites!
Anybody with a passion for baking is welcome, but we especially want to encourage people coming in with their kids and partners — it’s part of the Romanian holiday experience to be baking with your family!
In this workshop you will learn how to make:
Cornulete cu nuca (walnut shortbread covered in powdered sugar)
Salam de biscuiti (“biscuit salami,” chocolate and biscuit confection with raisins and coconut
Prajitura cu mac (poppyseed cake)
YOU MUST HAVE AN ELECTRIC HAND MIXER TO ATTEND THIS WORKSHOP!
